VPNXK helps improve international connections when accessing websites and online services abroad. Use cases include remote collaboration, research, AI Tools, video content, and everyday online communication. Routes cover 100+ countries and 160+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with no device limit for simultaneous connections.
Plans are managed separately as monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscriptions start at ¥9.9/month, with data resetting each month on the activation date; data packages remain available until used and never expire. Refer to the plans page for current prices, data allowances, and upgrade rules.
Operating Principles
Routes are selected based on your use case and destination. Nearby regions are suitable for general browsing and instant messaging; when accessing specific content or online tools, choose an international route that matches the service’s region. If route conditions change, try another route in the same region first, then check your local network and client settings.
For connection, subscription import, or plan status issues, follow a clear sequence: confirm the subscription validity period, refresh the subscription data, switch routes, then check client permissions and system network settings. If the issue persists, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket for further investigation through the support process.
Privacy Approach
VPNXK follows a no-logs service policy and does not build user profiles from browsing activity. Data collection is limited to what is needed to manage accounts, subscriptions, payments, and troubleshooting, and is processed only for the corresponding purposes.
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Refunds are handled under the published terms, with a 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy; see the Terms of Service for detailed eligibility.
