These terms apply to the cross-border network access and subscription services provided by VPNXK. By visiting this site, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using a route, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part, stop using the relevant services.

Service Content and Scope

VPNXK provides network access across 100+ countries and 160+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions, route types, and platform entry points available at any time are those shown on the website and in the user panel.

Routes are provided to improve connection paths for cross-border access. Actual performance may be affected by the user's network location, carrier routing, target service status, device configuration, and network congestion. Some websites or applications may change their own access rules. VPNXK does not control third-party content, account policies, or regional restrictions.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login details and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and other activity within their accounts. If credentials appear to be used improperly, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

An active subscription supports unlimited devices, but is intended only for management and use by the account holder. Selling, renting, or transferring a subscription is prohibited. Publicly sharing accounts, subscription credentials, or route access is also prohibited, as is splitting the service into paid access for others. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire.

Compliant Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, as well as the rules of the websites, applications, and platforms they access. The service may not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others' rights, malicious scanning, attacks on network facilities, malware distribution, abusive messaging, or disruption of other users' normal connections.

Users may not probe, modify, or damage VPNXK service software, authentication mechanisms, route configurations, or the user panel, nor cause abnormal resource usage through automation. Users are legally responsible for disputes, claims, or liability arising from their own actions.

Service Availability and Liability

VPNXK may adjust nodes, routes, or access methods in response to route maintenance, network conditions, security risks, and service arrangements. Maintenance, upstream network failures, target service changes, device system limitations, and uncontrollable public network events may cause connection delays, temporary interruptions, or partial feature unavailability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNXK does not guarantee continuous access to third-party websites or applications, and is not liable for indirect losses caused by incorrect configuration, mishandled credentials, third-party service shutdowns, or incompatible environments. Users should keep important materials backed up and confirm how to restore settings before changing their device network configuration.

Refunds and Account Termination

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted by the account holder through the user panel and include information that identifies the relevant order. This refund right does not affect consumer rights provided by applicable law.

If an account involves unlawful use, subscription resale, public credential sharing, attacks on service facilities, or ongoing disruption of normal operation, VPNXK may restrict route access, suspend the account, or terminate the service. When taking such action, VPNXK will retain necessary account and order records based on the risk and violation involved. Account termination does not remove obligations incurred before termination.

Changes and Other Terms

VPNXK may revise these terms when its service scope, operating rules, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this site with the latest revision date. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be announced through the website or user panel. Continued use after the update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the agreement governing use of the service. Plan prices, traffic allowances, and currently available options are determined by the Plans page and the order information in the user panel. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
