Accounts & Subscriptions
Account setup, subscription retrieval and device transfers
These questions cover login details, subscription imports and traffic periods. Before troubleshooting the client, confirm that you are using the subscription retrieved from the current account.
Do I need an email address to create a VPNXK account?
No. Set a username and password when you create your account; no email address is required. Use the username to sign in to the user panel and the password to protect your account. Check the spelling before submitting and store your login details securely. You must sign in to the same account to view orders, retrieve subscriptions and submit tickets.
Where can I retrieve my subscription after purchase?
Sign in to the user panel, open the client or subscription section, and retrieve the subscription for your current platform before importing it into the client. Do not share subscription details on public pages or rely on old screenshots for long-term storage. After changing plans or updating routes, return to the user panel and retrieve the current subscription again.
How do I re-import an updated subscription link?
First copy the current subscription from the user panel, then open the client’s subscription manager. If a subscription with the same name already exists, update it first. If the update fails, delete the inactive entry and import it again. After importing, check that the route list has refreshed before connecting, so the client does not continue using an old cached configuration.
Do I need to purchase again when changing devices?
No. You do not need to purchase again when changing devices. VPNXK supports simultaneous use on unlimited devices. Install the appropriate client on the new device, sign in to the original account, retrieve the subscription and import it. When retiring the old device, delete any saved subscription details, especially on devices being returned, resold or shared.
When does monthly subscription traffic reset?
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date rather than on a fixed calendar-month schedule. Use the billing period shown in the user panel when checking your remaining allowance. The reset applies only to the current monthly subscription allowance; traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Treat these as separate billing cycles.
Connections & Troubleshooting
Client connection and app access checks
Change only one condition at a time while troubleshooting. Reconnect first, then switch routes, and finally check system permissions and app cache. This makes it easier to identify where the problem occurs.
What should I do if the client says it is connected but websites will not open?
Disconnect first, then reconnect through another route and test with a regular website. If access still fails, close and restart the client, and check that another network tool has not changed the system proxy permissions. You can also test on a different network to distinguish a local network issue, client state issue or single-route failure.
Why is a particular app not using the proxy?
A common cause is rule mode: traffic from the target app does not match the current rules. Switch to global mode and test again. If the app works globally, return to the rules and check the target domain and process. The system proxy generally affects only apps that support it; some apps also require the client’s virtual network mode.
What should I do if no routes appear after importing a subscription?
First confirm that you imported the complete subscription rather than text truncated during copying. Then update it in the subscription manager and check that the active configuration is the newly imported entry. If the list remains empty, delete the entry, restart the client, retrieve the subscription from the user panel and import it again.
What should I do if switching routes does not change the network?
After choosing a new route, confirm that the client has actually reconnected rather than merely changing the selected list item. Disconnect manually, connect to the target route, and reopen the existing web page in a new tab. If the app retains the old connection, fully quit and relaunch it; this is usually more effective than repeatedly refreshing the page.
How do I start a connection on Linux?
VPNXK supports Linux. Start by checking the download area in the user panel for available clients and subscriptions, then import the configuration as instructed by the client. Start the connection from the terminal or client interface, and verify that the system proxy or virtual network interface is active. Follow the current client instructions in the user panel for commands and configuration locations.
Speed & Routes
Speed fluctuations and route selection
Route performance is affected by the access network, exit region and target service. Fix the use case first, then compare one factor at a time to avoid misreading results when several variables change together.
What should I do first when speeds slow down during peak hours?
Keep the current use case unchanged and test by switching routes only; do not change the client, network and app settings at the same time. Try nearby regions first, then compare other routes in the same region. If every route is slow, test another local network to determine whether the issue comes from the access network, route congestion or the target service.
How should I choose a route region?
For everyday browsing and meetings, start with a nearby region that offers a stable connection. For services with regional requirements, choose an exit region that matches the target service. The route name is not the only indicator of speed, and routes in the same region can perform differently depending on the local network. Base your final choice on the connection results on your device.
How can I troubleshoot a video that keeps buffering?
Lower the playback quality first to check whether the connection can transfer data continuously, then try other routes in the same region. Close background downloads, cloud sync and system updates so they do not consume local bandwidth. If websites open but the video still buffers, clear the player’s old session and reopen it to rule out regional cache and stale-connection issues.
What should I do if an AI tool login is unstable?
For longer sessions, keep the exit region consistent and avoid frequently switching between distant routes. If login errors occur, leave the page, fix one route, reopen the page and check whether the browser is still retaining an old session. Regional policies differ between AI tools, so a reachable route does not guarantee that the target service will accept the current session.
Which regions and platforms does VPNXK support?
VPNXK offers 100+ countries / 160+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Regional coverage provides different exit locations, while platform support lets you import subscriptions on common desktop and mobile systems. Check the client after updating the subscription to see the specific routes.
Billing & Refunds
Plans, payments and refunds
Before ordering, distinguish monthly subscriptions that reset each month from traffic packages that never expire. After submitting an order, use the plan name, amount and status shown in the user panel as the reference.
Which monthly subscription plans are available?
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date. Choose a tier based on your typical usage rather than comparing only the one-time price; if your usage changes, check the currently available options in the user panel.
Which traffic packages are available?
Traffic packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire, making them suitable for irregular usage or anyone who does not want a monthly reset. Before purchasing, distinguish monthly subscriptions from traffic packages and confirm that the selected option fits your usage cycle.
How is a mid-cycle monthly subscription upgrade calculated?
For a mid-cycle monthly subscription upgrade, the price difference is prorated into the remaining days. Before upgrading, check the current plan, remaining period and target plan in the user panel, then submit the change. Do not treat an upgrade as a new full period or calculate it solely from the listed prices; use the order details in the panel as the final reference.
Which payment methods are supported?
VPNXK supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. When submitting an order, select an available method in the user panel and verify the plan name and amount before paying. After payment, return to the order page to check the status. If it has not updated, do not repeatedly submit the same order; attach the order details through the ticket entry in the user panel.
How do I request a refund?
VPNXK offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket entry, select the relevant order and describe the refund request. Keep the order details before submitting and avoid opening multiple tickets for the same order. The full refund rules are set out in the Terms of Service.
